"I've been fortunate enough to receive mentorship from two incredible dialysis professionals: Charles Torres - CHT, a patient advocate, and Kazim Naqvi - CHT, CBNT, CHBT at NY Presbyterian/Queens. Learning from both of them has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Being the Northeast Vice President of NANT, they both helped me tremendously while hosting our first chapter meeting. Charles has been dedicated to maintaining and growing the active New York Chapter, while Kazim's technological expertise ensured our first meeting went smoothly. Their phenomenal leadership skills made the meeting's content easy to grasp.

"Moreover, integrating social media was an essential aspect of the meeting's success, which was made possible by the guidance and support of Clarica Douglas-Ajayi. Her contribution in sharing our chapter’s event flyer, which was also spotlighted within NANT, helped more technicians obtain educational information and contact hours.
